WEB DEVELOPMENT

Your renders are the sales argument. We build the site that puts them in front of a buyer first, loads in a second on a phone, and turns the visit into an enquiry — project sites, landing pages and portfolios, designed around the imagery, not a template.

Why Web Development

A development with twelve apartments and no website is sold through a PDF and a phone number. The same development with a project site sells from the first render on screen: the buyer walks the 360° tour at home, picks a unit from the table, and asks for the dossier. The site exists to make that happen — and to be found when someone searches for the project.

  1. The renders live in a PDF

A sales site that leads with the imagery

Buyers decide in the first three seconds. We put the key render full-screen, keep the text short, and place the unit table, floor plans and the 360° tour one scroll below — so the site does what the brochure can't: let someone walk through the apartment before it exists.

  2. The studio's website doesn't match the work

A portfolio built around the projects

An architecture office is judged on its buildings, not its paragraphs. We design a project grid where each image sits at its own proportion, the filters match how clients actually look — housing, public, conversion — and the office page says in two sentences what the practice stands for.

  3. Nobody finds the project online

Fast, found, and feeding your inbox

A site that loads in a second on a phone, carries the project name in every title, is in German and English from day one, and has a form that writes straight to the sales team — with the floor plan the buyer was looking at attached. Analytics show you which unit gets the most clicks.

Our Pipeline

01

Scope & Structure

We start with the question the site has to answer — sell a development, present a studio, capture enquiries — and lay out the pages around it as a wireframe: what a visitor sees first, where the units are, where the form sits. You approve the structure before a single pixel is designed.

Workflow step visual
02

Design & Layout

The design is built from your imagery outwards: typography, colour and spacing are chosen so the renders carry the page, not fight it. You see the full homepage and one inner page as real screens, on desktop and on a phone, and we iterate until it's right.

Workflow step visual
03

Build & Integration

We build it to load fast on any phone, embed the 360° tours, video loops and galleries at full quality, connect the unit table to your spreadsheet or CRM, and wire the enquiry form straight to your sales inbox with attachments.

Workflow step visual
04

Launch & Handover

We connect your domain, set up analytics and search indexing in both languages, test every unit and form on real devices, and hand over a site you can update yourself — or keep maintaining it as the project sells.

Questions about Web Development

How much does a real estate project website cost?

From CHF 7,900 for a development site with unit table, floor plans, gallery, tour embed and enquiry form in two languages. A single-property landing page is from CHF 3,900; a studio portfolio from CHF 5,900. Fixed price after the briefing.

How long does a project website take to build?

Four to six weeks from briefing to launch: structure in week one, design in weeks two and three, build and content in weeks four and five, testing and launch in week six. Faster when the renderings and texts are ready at the start.

Can we update the project website ourselves?

Yes. Unit status, prices and texts are edited in a simple admin or a spreadsheet; no developer needed for the weekly changes. We also offer maintenance for the sales period if you prefer not to.

Who owns the project website and the domain?

You do. The domain is registered in your name, the code and the content are handed over at launch, and the hosting account is yours. Nothing is locked to us.

Will the project website be found on Google?

The site launches with the technical basis in place: fast loading, both languages, structured data, sitemap, Search Console. It will rank for the project name within days. Ranking for generic terms like 'apartment Winterthur' depends on content and time, and we advise on that.

What happens to the project website after the development sells out?

The site can switch to a 'sold out' page that keeps the renders and points to your next project, or be archived. Hosting is a few francs a month, so most clients keep it as a reference.
