Every unit is a clickable volume on the rendered building. Status (available, reserved, sold), price, area and floor plan appear on tap; filters narrow the building to '3.5 rooms, south-facing, above the third floor'.

The orbit is rendered as a sequence of frames from the full context model, so the buyer turns the real building in its real surroundings — the courtyard, the street, the view each facade gets.

Questions about 360° Fly-Around
How many apartments can the 360° navigator handle?
From a single building with eight units to a quarter with several hundred. For larger ensembles the navigator starts at the site level and zooms into each building.
Where does the navigator's unit data come from?
From a shared spreadsheet, your CRM or a simple admin page we provide. You change a status or a price there and the navigator updates itself within minutes.
Does the apartment navigator work on phones?
Yes. The orbit is a pre-rendered frame sequence, so it runs smoothly on any phone without a 3D engine, and the unit panel is designed for touch.
How much does a 360° apartment navigator cost?
From CHF 6,900 for one building when the exterior model exists from our renderings; from CHF 9,900 built from scratch. Several buildings on one site are quoted together, with the context work shared.
Can the navigator be combined with the 360° tour and 3D floor plans?
That is the intended setup: tap a unit on the building, see its 3D floor plan, open its tour. All three come from the same model, which is why ordering them together is the economical route.
Who hosts the navigator and for how long?
We host it for 24 months, included. Afterwards, CHF 50 per month or a handover of the files to your own hosting.
