VIRTUAL STAGING
Turn empty spaces into dream homes. Cost-effective, realistic staging that boosts sales potential. Perfect for sales without physical staging costs.
Why Virtual Staging
An empty apartment photographs as small, cold and hard to price. The same photo with a sofa, a dining table and a lamp in the corner reads as a home — and a listing with staged photos gets more enquiries at a better price. Virtual staging does that from the photo, without a truck or a stylist.
Empty rooms do not sell
Furnished from the photo
We place real-scale furniture into your photograph, matching the perspective, the light and the shadows, so the result looks photographed rather than pasted. Buyers see how the room is used and how big it really is.
Physical staging costs thousands per month
A fraction of the cost, delivered in days
No rental furniture, no transport, no insurance. A whole apartment is staged in two to three days, and a second style for a different buyer group costs little extra.
The existing building needs a before and after
Renovation shown, not promised
For refurbishments we go beyond furniture: new floors, a new kitchen, repainted walls — in the real photo of the existing room. The before-and-after slider becomes the strongest element of the listing.

Questions about Virtual Staging
What photos do you need for virtual staging?
The listing photos as you would publish them: straight, well lit, at full resolution. Wide-angle shots of the main rooms work best. If the photos have not been taken yet, we can brief your photographer.
Is virtual staging allowed in Swiss, German and Austrian listings?
Yes, when it is declared. We recommend the note 'virtually staged' on the image or in the listing text and deliver the original photo alongside, which is what the Swiss, German and Austrian portals expect.
Can virtual staging remove the existing furniture first?
Yes. Clearing an occupied room — furniture, clutter, cables — is CHF 60 per photo on top, then it is staged like an empty one.
Which furnishing styles does virtual staging offer?
Scandinavian, contemporary, classic, loft and family are the usual requests; we also match a style to your project's brochure. Tell us who the buyer is and we propose one.
How fast is virtual staging delivered?
Two to three working days for an apartment of six to eight photos. Single photos within 24 hours on request.
Can virtual staging be applied to a rendering instead of a photo?
For a new build, yes — though then it is usually better to render the interior fully, because the scene can be reused for other views and the 360° tour. We advise which route is cheaper for your case.
